What To Expect
Being well-prepared for your appointment will ensure that the doctor has all of the needed information to provide the best possible care for you. It also will help relieve any unnecessary anxiety you may be feeling. Educate yourself on your symptoms by reviewing the content on this Web site. Also, take some time to review our staff page and familiarize yourself with our doctor and dental hygienist. We look forward to your first visit.
New patients who schedule a first time visit will undergo the following exams and/or procedures:
- Comprehensive dental examination
- Full mouth x-ray
- Panoramic x-ray
- Oral caner screening
- Intra oral photos
- Teeth cleaning (or appropiate periodontal treatment)
- Treatment plan presentation
- Discussion of financial options
Since your first time visit is so comprehensive, please plan on spending approximately 2 hours in our office.

Please enter Water Tower Place on the ground floor, either through Macy's or American Girl Place. Proceed to the back lobby of the building, where you will find a magazine stand and Freshii. (If parking in Water Tower Place garage, the elevators will bring you directly into the back lobby area). Locate the silver elevator bank on the north wall of the building, adjacent to Freshii. A sign will indicate Professional Suites 9th Floor. Take these elevators directly to the 9th floor.
Once on the 9th floor of Water Tower Place, proceed to Suite 948W. Follow the hallway sign marked "West" all the way to the end. Turn right and proceed half way down the hallway to Suite 948W, which is the glass door on the left hand side.
